There is this thing, in like, every polish university atm aside from medical schools, you have to do Bachelor’s Degree work after three years of study and then your MA thesis on 5th year. Makes sense.

Well it kinda doesn’t on Fine Arts Academy where our system of studying is fucked up the ass (I started taking my main classes only this year). And we didn’t have it before, like, ever. So when ministry of education announced that our year will be the first to do this, we wrote a petition, got it signed by everyone and sent it.
At the begining of 2nd year we were told that ministery agreed and we can do full 5 years without parting it and basically doing the recrutiment all over again.

WELL GUESS WHAT.

Today, when I am in the middle of the third year, I learned that in fact ministry didn’t answered us at all. Our chancellor and all that other guys in charge probably didn’t get the answer and assumed it means yes.
Yestarday the ministry remembered about us (keep in mind - after 1,5 of a year) and answered with: HELL NO.

The problem is. I am supposed to have this Bachelor’s Degree work done and I should have started it half of a year ago but I didn’t know. Nobody knew.
If I don’t get it done, my MA will be like, fake.
For the last year and a half we were studing by the shelude of full 5 years shit. We were, like, sure it’s legit.
There is no way we are having it done now, it’s like phisically impossible to pull off. So probably I’m going to have to do it at the begining of 4th year or I don’t know in other time continuity, somewhere in space. And then MA thesis on 5th year. So one year I am gonna do the diploma. So the next year I can do another diploma.
